The program

inni Texts is a text message program run by funcfood LLC ("inni," "we," "us"). When you text a keyword such as JJAN to our number, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from inni at the number you texted from. These include a check-in after you try a Drink Pear-ing sample, a few short questions about your experience, replies to your questions, and occasional offers and product news.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. The program is for adults 21 and older only.

How often

Message frequency varies. After a sample, expect around 10 messages over the following day or so, plus occasional offers after that.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. inni does not charge for these messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE and STOPALL also work. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. To rejoin, reply START or text a keyword again.

Help

Reply HELP for help, or email us at hello@inni.life.

What you share with us

We keep your phone number, your first name, and the replies you send, such as how you're feeling, roughly how many drinks you had, and what you thought of Drink Pear-ing. We use this to improve our products and to reply to you. We may share results in combined, anonymous form (for example, "most people who tried it before drinking rated their morning a 4 or 5"), but never with your name or number. Please don't text us sensitive personal information.

Privacy

We do not sell your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use service providers, such as our text messaging provider, only to run this program on our behalf. See our SMS Privacy Policy for more.

Please drink responsibly

Our texts are not medical advice. Drink Pear-ing does not make it safe to drink more or to drive. Never drink and drive. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a health condition, talk to your doctor before use.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We can't guarantee delivery of every message.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep receiving messages after an update, the new terms apply.
