Last updated: October 23, 2026

This policy explains how funcfood LLC ("inni," "we," "us") handles information collected through inni Texts, our text message program.

What we collect

When you text one of our keywords (such as JJAN), we collect your mobile number, the first name you give us, and the replies you send, such as how you're feeling, roughly how many drinks you had, and your feedback on Drink Pear-ing.

How we use it

We use this information to send the messages you signed up for, answer your questions, send occasional offers, and improve our products. We may share results only in combined, anonymous form, never with your name or number.

What we never do

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell your information.

Service providers that help us run the program, such as our text messaging provider, process this information only on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. To ask us to delete your information, email hello@inni.life.
